CPD-accredited communications training programmes designed to develop confident, capable communicators across your team:

Tailored to your team’s context and goals;
Can be delivered in-house or externally - client takes the lead on venue arrangements.
Executive Presentation Coaching
A six-session, 1:1 coaching programme designed to support leaders in delivering high-stakes communication with clarity, courage and presence:
Personalised coaching journey;
Real presentation development and rehearsal;
Ongoing support and feedback;
Focus on influence, authority and executive presence.

To maintain confidentiality and psychological safety:
Executive coaching is delivered to individuals at the same organisational level and is not provided across direct reporting lines.
Additional details
Clients source training venue, facilities, catering and accommodation for team members as required;
Travel and accommodation for trainers (if required) are added as an additional item at time of invoicing;
