Avant was born from a belief that people-first work needs people-first support. When she is not working with brilliant people and organisations, you’ll often find Georgie walking through the Hertfordshire countryside with her husband and their chocolate lab Rosey, coffee in hand, reflecting on the good they are putting into the world.
